Each draw is based on a selected horse race ("designated race") from any of the following racing venues :

(1) Local :

1. Selangor Turf Club
2. Perak Turf Club
3. Penang Turf Club or
4. Singapore Turf Club

(2) Overseas :

1. Hong Kong
2. United Kingdom

Overseas races are transmitted via satellite to Malaysia's receiving earth station through the microwave links to our Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) at the Selangor Equestrian & Sports Centre for broadcast to the public.
