A trader from Selangor bet on his car registration numbers, phone numbers, identity card numbers and birth dates of his family members. His bet won him the Da Ma Cai 1+3D Jackpot prize money of RM28,687,173.30, which is the biggest for the year.
In the statement made by Da Ma Cai, the trader in his forties who became a millionaire has his life changed overnight. The man had been persistently betting on his favourite numbers, derived from his vehicles’ registration number and personal numbers. He felt the desire to combine all his numbers for a System Bet when he walked into his regular Da Ma Cai outlet on Tuesday morning.
He told the Da Ma Cai personnel when collecting his prize money, “I bought numbers ranging from car registration numbers, phone numbers, identity card numbers and birth dates of my family members because Da Ma Cai’s System Bet allowed me to buy all my 10 numbers and cover all possible pairing combinations for my 4-digit numbers.”
The lucky trader’s favourite pair of numbers, with a combined numbers of ‘7328’ and ‘5430’ made up the winning 1+3D Jackpot combination.
The lucky winner said he plans to realize his dreams to buy a bigger and comfortable house for his family. He added that he will settle all his existing loans and set aside some money for his children education.
