Survey Period: 1-31 May 2025

Terms & Conditions

1. The Da Ma Cai Customer Survey (“Survey”) is to gather opinions on Da Ma Cai and dmcGO customer experience (“Purpose”). It is valid from 1 - 31 May 2025.

2. The Survey is open to all non-Muslim aged 21 years and above as of 1 May 2025 ("Participants"), except

• Pan Malaysian Pools Sdn Bhd’s (“PMP”) authorised selling agent(s) (“Selling Agent”);
• Selling Agent’s employees and the Selling Agent’s immediate family members; and
• PMP’s and DMC GO Sdn Bhd’s employees and their immediate family members.

3. PMP reserves the right to exclude any person from participating in the Survey without any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason.

4. The first 400 eligible Participants to complete the Survey, will receive RM10.00 complimentary betting value (“Complimentary Value”).

5. 10 Participants will also be randomly selected to receive RM100 Complimentary Value.

6. Participants must posses a valid dmcGO account ("Account Holder") in order to receive the Complimentary Value.

7. Complimentary Value will be credited into the dmcGO account one month after the closure of the Survey and the Account Holder will be notified via dmcGO App and/or such other manner of notification as PMP deems fit in its absolute discretion (“Notification”), thereafter. Notwithstanding so, PMP disclaims all liability, from any failure and/or delay of the Notification reaching the Account Holder, howsoever caused or arising.

8. The Complimentary Value:-

• cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged in any manner whatsoever;
• cannot be transferred to another dmcGO account or withdrawn from the Account Holder’s dmcGO account;
• shall only be used for investments via the dmcGO services for any of the Da Ma Cai games.

9. PMP reserves the right to:-

• substitute the Complimentary Value with other benefits of similar value;
• suspend, withdraw and/or cease this Survey and/or the Complimentary Value; and
• amend or modify the terms and conditions herein,

at any time and from time to time, in PMP’s absolute discretion without prior notice and/or assigning any reason.

10. By participating in this Survey, the Account Holder is deemed to, have notice of, agreed to and be bound by these terms and conditions including any amendments thereof.

11. All responses will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose stated above. No personal identifiable information will be shared.

12. PMP’s decisions pertaining to this Survey, including any disputes in relation thereto, shall be final and conclusive. No correspondence or appeals shall be entertained by PMP.

13. Participation in this Survey is voluntary. PMP shall not be liable for any expense, loss and/or damage (including but not limited to the loss of opportunity) howsoever suffered and/or incurred by the Account Holder arising from this Survey. By participating in this Survey, the Account Holder waives all claims against PMP and/or its subsidiaries, directors, officers and/or employees howsoever arising from this Promotion.

14. All investments by the Account Holder are subject to the terms and conditions governing the use of dmcGO services and the respective Da Ma Cai games, the Racing (Totalisator Board) Act 1961 including all subsidiary legislations enacted thereunder, the “Rules for Investment by Telephone/Mobile” and all other terms and conditions, rules and/or regulations as prescribed by PMP from time to time and at any time.
