Why can't I log into dmcGO with my Da Ma Cai account?
Registration as a member of Da Ma Cai website is different from the registration for dmcGO account.
Register as member of Da Ma Cai website allows you to receive draw results and newsletters only.
For the application of dmcGO account, every application must be made at Da Ma Cai outlet using Pan Malaysian Pools Sdn Bhd (PMP)’s dmcGO application form, together with a valid Identity Card and be accompanied with a minimum cash deposit of Ringgit Malaysia Twenty (RM20) or other amount as may be revised by PMP from time to time.

Why my winning is not reflected in my dmcGO account?

Can I apply to become a Da Ma Cai Agent?
Since 1989 the Malaysian authorities have stopped issuing any new agency licenses. Hence, we do not accept and process any new applications.
