“Fill & Win” Terms & Conditions

1. This “Fill & Win” Programme (“Programme”) is open to all non-Muslim aged 21 years, except:-

Pan Malaysian Pools Sdn Bhd’s (“PMP”) authorised selling agent(s) (“Selling Agent”);
Selling Agent’s employees and the Selling Agent’s immediate family members; and
PMP’s and DMC GO Sdn Bhd’s employees and their immediate family members.

2. This Programme is valid from 10-18 October 2026 (both dates inclusive).

3. To enter into the Programme, participants must submit complete entry (“Entry”) :-

Post their prediction in the comment section;
Like and share the post;
Tag three friends.

4. Each participant may submit as many Entry as he/she wishes but each winner is only entitled to 1 prize in accordance with Condition 6 regardless of the number of Entry submitted for the Programme.

5. Entry must be completed correctly in accordance with Condition 3. Incomplete entry will be disqualified.

6. Thirty-eight (38) winners will be selected randomly to each receive 10,000 dmcGO Loyalty Points (“Prize”), and at the absolute discretion of PMP.

7. All prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.

8. The results of the Programme will be announced (“Winner Announcement”) through Da Ma Cai and dmcGO social media pages.

9. For the Prizes:-

All winners are required to have an active dmcGO Account. In the event the winner does not have an active dmcGO Account, he/she will be required to sign up for a dmcGO Account for the Prize to be credited into his/her the dmcGO Account. Failure and/or refusal of the winner to sign up for a dmcGO Account within the prescribed time will result in his/her prize being forfeited at PMP’s absolute discretion; and
upon being credited into the winner’s dmcGO Account:

shall only be used to redeem for investments for Da Ma Cai games via dmcGO;
cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged in any manner whatsoever; and
cannot be transferred to another dmcGO Account or withdrawn from the winner’s dmcGO Account.

10. PMP reserves the right to:-

substitute any prize with another of similar type or value;
publish or display the name and photograph of any winner in its promotional, advertising or publicity activities;
suspend, withdraw and/or cease this Programme; and
amend or modify the terms and conditions herein,

at any time and from time to time, without any compensation payable to the winners and/or the participants and in PMP’s absolute discretion without prior notice or assigning any reason.

11. By participating in this Programme, all participants are deemed to, have notice of, agreed to and be bound by these terms and conditions including any amendments thereof. Further, all participants are deemed to have consented to PMP’s processing and utilizing of their personal data provided in the Entry and for other promotional activities. PMP’s personal data protection notice can be viewed at http://www.damacai.com.my/page/pdpa.

12. PMP’s decision pertaining to this Programme, including any disputes in relation thereto shall be final and conclusive, and no correspondence or appeal shall be entertained by PMP.

13. PMP shall not be liable for any expense, loss and/or damage howsoever suffered and/or incurred by the participants, arising from this Programme. By participating in this Programme, the participants agree to waive all claims against PMP and/or its subsidiaries, directors, officers and/or employees howsoever arising from this Programme.

14. All participants in this Programme are subject to the terms and conditions governing the respective Da Ma Cai games, the Racing (Totalisator Board) Act 1961 including all subsidiary legislations enacted thereunder, the “Rules for Investment by Telephone/ Mobile” and all other terms and conditions, rules and/or regulations as prescribed by PMP from time to time and at any time.
